Dulos was found at his Farmington, Connecticut, mansion around noon, Tuesday, Jan. 28, after he failed to show up in court for an emergency bond hearing, said Farmington Police spokesman Lt. Tim McKenzie at a press conference.

Officers responding to the wellness check found Dulos, who is charged with the murder of his missing New Canaan wife, inside the garage in a vehicle with “obvious signs of medical distress,” police said.

CPR was performed, and on the way to the UConn Health Hospital in Farmington, a pulse was found.

He is reportedly being transported by helicopter to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Police would not say if a suicide note was found.

Dulos was called to appear in Stamford Superior Court after questions arose regarding the stability of the insurance covering his $6 million bail.

Jennifer Dulos has been missing since Friday, May 24.

According to police arrest reports, officials believe that Dulos killed his wife when she returned home from dropping their five children off at school and then disposed of her body.

Dulos has pleaded not guilty to the charges.  His former lover, Michelle Troconis, is accused of conspiring with him in the murder.

In addition, attorney Kent Mawhinney, a friend of Dulos', was charged with conspiracy in the case and is being held on conspiracy charges.
